Hey Loves! Mannnnnnnnn, have I been shopping! A new season calls for new clothes, right? It's been a while since I was in the mood to shop. I'd started working out focusing on strength training. With little to no cardio in my routine, I began developing muscles which added a bit of weight. That's when my clothes began to not fit like they used to and I became so annoyed.
At the time I didn't know that my workouts were the cause of my weight gain. But after a month of not working out as intense (Life kicked in: FCAT crunch time at work, seasonal allergies, etc.) and only getting in some light cardio two to three times a week, I began to slim back down to size.
Don't worry. I will fill you in soon about my fitness plan for 2014. As for now, let the shopping resume!
