Fall 2018 Ready-to-Wear x Assembly New York
I know Autumn doesn’t roll in until the 22nd but I couldn’t help myself. This season I’m hoping to be more consistent with this type of post and actually make it from A to Z, a goal of of mine that I have yet to achieve.
Assembly New York is first on this Fall’s list because I instantly fell in love with the backdrop. Don’t get me wrong. I love to watch models strut down the catwalk, but there is something about “Street Style-esque” photos that make the creative in me smile. I am on the hunt for anything corduroy but most definitely trousers, hopefully wide leg like the ones in this collection.
My favorite shoe is a boot whether it be ankle, calf or knee high. Something about a pair with a tucked in track jacket and high waisted pants is just the right type of menswear for me. And the fact that the same boots were paired with several of the looks in the collection! Now that’s what I call a Fall essential.
