#3: How to Keep On-line Shopping Organized Using Quiqs.com

Let’s face it. On-line shopping at times is easier than navigating through the crowds and clutter of the mall. I can easily browse through hundreds of items in the comfort of my own home without breaking a sweat. Plus waiting for my packages to arrive is exciting to me. Nothing like coming home from a hard day at work to boxes of goodies from your favorite stores!

However, what do you when you see a particular piece on-line and you don’t have the funds to purchase it at that moment? Sure, you can create a wish list of your favorite items but how overwhelming can that be if you have a wish list for several on-line stores?

I ran into this problem myself and searched for a way to streamline all of my fashion wants into one place. Luckily for me, I quickly stumbled upon Quiqs.com. It’s an on-line shopping tool that allows you to bookmark any item from any website in one convenient location. You can create categories such as “Shoes,” “Tops,” or anything you wish. I personally like to organize mine by stores.

Whenever you “QuiqMark” an item, you can give it a title, price and description. Quiqs.com will automatically saves the direct link to the product item for you.

The layout of the site is simple and clean. No annoying advertisements or banners. To register, I do believe you have to request an invite, but the response time for me was quite short.

A feature that I just recently discovered is the ability to create “QuiqLooks” using the items that you’ve saved to your QuiqMarks. Below is a video that demonstrates the ins and outs of this feature:

As I am writing this blog post, I logged on to Quiqs.com and was welcomed with a notice that the site was being updated and that new changes were coming to the site. I’m excited to see what new features will be added. Hopefully one of them would include an app for the iPhone so that I’m not limited to using Quiqs on my desktop computer..

If you’re a big on-line shopper like myself give Quiqs.com a try! If you have a particular website or app that you use to organize your on-line shopping, please let me know in the comments below. I would love to hear all about them!
