A Refreshing First Time at Restore Hyper Wellness in West Palm Beach

Recently, I had the pleasure of attending a Yelp event at Restore Hyper Wellness in West Palm Beach. It was my first time visiting this wellness center and from the moment I walked through the door, it was clear that this wasn’t just any ordinary spa. Restore Hyper Wellness offers a variety of high-tech, science-backed therapies designed to help you feel better, recover faster, and optimize your health.

For this event, we were offered the option of trying compression therapy, red light therapy, or both. Y’all know I chose both.

I made my appointment at the beginning of the week to lock in my preferred time slot. When I arrived, there was a slight wait but nothing major. Anastasia, one of the staff members, immediately greeted me with a smile, apologized for the brief delay and even offered me water.

Before jumping in, Anastasia gave me a thorough tour of the facility. Everything was spotless, from the common areas to the private rooms and bathrooms.

Here’s where things got interesting. Although cryotherapy wasn’t originally offered as part of the event, Anastasia suggested I try it first to experience contrast therapy, meaning I would start with cold and then move into warmth. I decided to go for it because why the hell not.

She explained that first-time users usually go in for 2 minutes and 30 seconds and should only use one fan instead of all three. She also gave me a heads-up about the fog and the sensation of my nose hairs freezing, which sounds weird but was honestly kind of cool.

Once she walked me through the cryotherapy process, I felt completely at ease. As a first-timer (and someone who’s a little claustrophobic), I really appreciated how she explained everything step by step. She even let me pick a song for my session . I went with Beyoncé’s “Break My Soul,” which was perfect to keep my energy up.

After cryotherapy, I changed into my athletic shorts and sports bra for red light therapy. This 20 minute treatment is known for reducing inflammation, boosting collagen, and promoting overall recovery.

The experience was incredibly relaxing. Standing in the soft red glow felt like being wrapped in gentle heat, and following cryotherapy, the contrast was deeply calming. It was a perfect balance of stimulation and restoration.

I was really looking forward to trying compression therapy next, but there had been a scheduling mix-up and the slots were booked by a party for a full 60-minute session. Anastasia was so apologetic and immediately offered me a gift card to return and try not only the compression therapy, but also the infrared sauna. I really appreciated that as it showed great customer service and genuine care for the client experience.

Beyond Restore’s core therapies: cryotherapy, red light therapy, compression, and infrared sauna, the facility also offers biomarker assessments, mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy, IV drip treatments, and skin health services. Anastasia also took time to explain each of these therapies and their benefits to me. It was clear that she wasn’t just knowledgeable but passionate about wellness and helping people find the right treatments for their needs.

My visit to Restore Hyper Wellness was nothing short of amazing. From the professionalism and kindness of the staff to the cleanliness of the facility and the quality of the services, I left feeling renewed and excited to return. Whether you’re trying cryotherapy for the first time or exploring other advanced wellness treatments, this is a place that makes you feel welcome, informed, and well cared for.

I’ll definitely be back to use that gift card and to keep my wellness routine going strong.
