The Jonathan Adler Collection at Michael’s and What I Took Home

When I saw the email about the Jonathan Adler collection at Michael’s, I was beyond excited! If you know me, you know I love color, prints, patterns and anything playful. I knew I wanted to bring something from the collection into my office. I just didn’t know what it would be yet.

But then I saw the utensils and immediately knew they would be the perfect addition for my cubicle.

They’re colorful without being overwhelming, practical without being boring, and they add just enough personality to make my space feel like mine. I only picked up one set for now, but I definitely plan on stocking up. I’m actually waiting on a good sale before I go back in or order more online. * Cries in teacher salary *

If you’re planning to shop the Jonathan Adler x Michael’s collection, I would recommend checking online as well. There are more pieces available than what I saw in store, and Michael’s usually has better coupons when you purchase online versus in-store.

But back to these two-toned utensils. I love is that they’re dishwasher safe, which makes them easy to use every day without having to think too much about it.

I originally planned to style them in a gold holder or container, but I couldn’t find anything in store that felt right. Instead, I picked up these green tumblers, also from Michael’s, and ended up liking the look even more. The tumblers add a little something, but they stay subtle enough to let the utensils stand out.

I know all of this might seem extra, but I’m really intentional about bringing joy into my everyday moments. Even something as simple as eating lunch at work can feel different when your space feels thoughtful and personal.

It’s a daily prac;tice.

And little details matter more than we think.

At the end of the day, this was a small addition, but one that made my day feel a little lighter and a little more like me.
